Pros

This is a fast-paced group with a-lot of enthusiasm and tons of MAGENTA. Celebrations of company performance are common, the new Bellevue campus is modern and comfortable, and the benefits are nice.

Cons

The Consumer Organization is an old boys club. The company grew from a small underdog into the behemoth it is today with much of the same leadership, meaning folks at the top have been around a long, long time and their can-do spirit is often manifested in pulling thier favorite people into a room to discuss. I've seen exclusion based on race, based on tenure (very hard for a new leader to get their footing) and based on sexual orientation.
