Pros

The company has great culture and a strong business plan with great benefits.

Cons

There is no room for high performing sales reps to advance. The advancement positions pay significantly less for multiple levels and the only sales people to get promoted are the ones that kiss upper managements butt instead of focusing on sale. You have to be good at politics to advance within this company.
