Pros
There is no real sense of hierarchy, you can be in contact with all colleagues Pay for certain positions is respectable. Managers are grateful for the staff's efforts. Timely communication from Senior Management.
Cons
There is little effort to establish a sense of belonging to the company. Established development plans are not divided equally between employees. No equal upgrade opportunities.
