Pros
NON there is nothing good about this company
Cons
Teleperformance Greece has been one of the most disappointing and unprofessional employers I’ve ever worked for. The company sells an image of global excellence, but the internal reality is the opposite. Greek campaign leaders behave more like dictators than managers. Instead of guiding or supporting employees, they rule through fear, intimidation, and constant threats. Even the smallest mistake becomes an excuse to humiliate you or remind you that your job is at risk. This creates a climate of anxiety where people are afraid to speak, ask questions, or even breathe wrong. Management overall is chaotic, untrained, and disrespectful. Communication is poor, decisions are inconsistent, and employees are treated as disposable. There is no real leadership—only pressure and micromanagement. Workload is excessive and constantly growing, while training and tools are inadequate. Expectations are unrealistic, and when things go wrong, employees are blamed instead of being supported. Salaries are low for the amount of stress involved, and benefits are minimal. For a company of this size, the lack of investment in its people is unacceptable. The work environment is toxic, with high turnover, burnout, and zero appreciation. Many talented people leave quickly because staying long-term is simply not sustainable. Teleperformance Greece prioritizes numbers over people, and the culture reflects that at every level. I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before accepting a job here.
