      based in Lisbon, modern office , that's it

      after reading all the bad reviews and agreeing 100% with everything reported, I just wanted to confirm that this company is really really really bad. It's not even good as an entry-level job, you will not learn anything because no one knows anything!!! You see some people around you that are only fit for a mental home or a social counsellor. Not to mention the stupid policy about data security...you are not allowed to have a bottle of water on your desk or paper but the company will lose all your personal documents several times....so in one word , they are extremly concerned about their clients data security but they don't care abotu employees personal data being lost!!!!

      Pros

      All the OT you want, whenever you want. I easily do 6-10/hrs a week (can do up to 20), which adds another 20k to my income. With an option to be paid EVERY day. Tons of opportunities if you’re on the right LOB.

      Cons

      It redefines “high call volume”. Expect back to back calls all day. They do schedule plenty of OFF phone time for regular meetings, coaching and training. If you enroll in one of their upskill programs, they give you 45min 2x a week to work toward the certification that you choose.
