      Pros

      Standard salary,insurance.Good for entry level jobs,please do not stay more than 3 years.Even if you moved to management department,then depend on the department, you decide stay for more or not.In general this is good job to learn something especially if you do IT support,and if you are not from this field.You will see where to move after and what to learn (IT certificates) in order to take good IT support job with good salary.You have you break 45 minutes(for 8 hour job). This is good job for someone who want to learn something or change occupation,good departments with foreign languages support.Equipment is good,clean and safe environment.

      Cons

      No professional training,time management skills very strict,under pressure most of the time,managers are rude,you are like in army,work environment not friendly , I mean the people,keep all employees in a big distance from you in order to protect your nerve system,do not create friends,relations etc,inside your department ! never! Do not socialize too much with the company events..,most of them are for theater reasons..Keep in distance and balance in 50-50 with people.Staying on phone after 3 years it could burn you mind....Spaces are closed like in the incubator for chicks.No good vacation time at all !But you will have your weekend,have to be prepaid work on Christmas,Easter,national holidays.

      Pros

      Global company with contracts with many different high-profile companies. They definitely don't want to let go of people. Will try everything they can to try to get you on a position that will keep your pay if you switch contracts. I started working in an office and transitioned to a work from home position. They handled that transition for me very well, but I do feel lucky as many other employees had different experiences than me. Very inclusive team!

      Cons

      Fast pace environment that does not necessarily feel organized all the time. Even though I thrive in fast pace work, some contracts are managed better than others. Feels more like a temp agency than a proper workplace with so many contracts. If the company we are contracted with does not want our employees anymore, they can cut people at any time. This will trigger TP to transfer you to a new project/contract. Working in the office was quite the drama at the time. If you work in an office, best to focus on yourself and keep your head down to avoid drama.
