1. The facility was literally filthy: the break room and bathrooms were full of unemptied trash and disgustingly dirty. There was mold growing in the toilets.
2. We were not allowed to use the restroom unless a supervisor authorized it. When call volume was high, we couldn't go at all. I signed off once to pee after 2 hours of calls and was rudely reprimanded and threatened with firing.
3. I was the only white person in my training class of 25 people. I was forced to watch youtube episodes of "ghetto beat down" during class hours. The episodes they played all included white people being beat up by black people. I asked the instructor why this was appropriate and he just laughed. So did everyone else in the class, except one girl who also stated the videos did not belong in the classroom. She was a Christian and also found the videos deplorable.
4. The computer resources were garbage. The processors were old and slow and they would frequently lock up with multiple windows open. The monitors were so old you could barely read the print. When I addressed the issue to management, the supervisor laughed at me and said "make it work or leave" so I left. I couldn't read the screens to do my job.
