Pros

Employees with a willing attitude are very well taken care of, when accounts are closed employees are afforded employment with New or other existing accounts ensuring peace of mind regarding sustained employment. H/R, Payroll are very responsive to ensure employees have any personal concerns taken care in a timely fashion providing confidence that their work/life balance is a main concern of Teleperformance.

Cons

None, being in the call center business the needs of clients dictate what schedules are required thus attendance and schedule adherence are key in ensuring Teleperformance meets the needs of their clients.

Calls are back to back and you have to meet all metrics.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
