Pros

Fun work environment where everyone feels valued Those that work hard actually move up in the company - went from QA to Trainer within 6 months Always some kind of fun event at the building. Food events, blood drives and community involvement are part of Teleperformance DNA. Onsite HR is always nice for asking questions, resolving potential issues with pay, etc. and the HR rep is personable CCM and ACCM tend to get bogged down "manager type stuff" on the side, but do try their best to spend time with the agents on the floor to put a face to the name. (Compare that to call centers with hundreds of employees where the CCM is just someone that sits in an office and you never get to meet) Pretty high autonomy to perform your daily tasks and hands-off management style (even for agents) makes it less stressful while letting you do your job.

Cons

Pay is commensurate to the work performed for low/mid-level management employees but frontline agents could stand to make more Benefits package could stand to be more complete- insurance is very costly and provides little benefit. Better to look for co-insurance elsewhere, for example on the Insurance Marketplace

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
