Pros
Amazing people, excellent culture, very big on corporate social responsibility, opportunities to learn and advance are amazing. I started out looking for extra money in school and turned it into a career; everything I know, everything I have done and who I am today I owe to Teleperformance--I owe everything to the Company as they have helped make me who I am today as a professional and individual.
Cons
Insurance costs an arm and a leg, but that may be out of the Company's control. Compensation could use some improvement when compared to competitors, and finally, because it is a call center, things can change quickly so just be aware.
