Pros

Good pay for Greek standards, always on time. Safe and non-discriminatory environment for LGBTQ and workers of color.

Cons

Everything else. The environment and culture is highly toxic and no more than a 21st century coal mine. Inflexible schedules that you only learn about the week before. Inability to plan your life. Your toilet breaks are timed to the second. Extremely high turnover rate, constantly hiring and laying off employees, and people constantly quit, unable to take the pressure. If you need a short-time gig for the quick money, do it. Don't count on it as a long-term employment opportunity, cos you will lose a part of your soul. Blatant, shameless favoritism and a culture of personal relationships between supervisors and advisors permeates whatever career opportunities there are.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
