Pros

After all I experienced I there is nothing positive about working there.

Cons

Unprofessionalism is the lightest word to describe what is happening there. The "management" has no idea what is the project about. Once asking for help they had to ask other agents for solution. Huge favouritism where "manager" was in personal touch with other agent and filling the personal request also controling to make you stressed whch is absolutely unacceptable. I happaened that me and another agent was called by surname. Their attitude depends on your results. As long you provide good ones they are nce to you. As to conclude all negative opnions written by other agents are not coming from nowhere.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
