They advertise efficiency by way of lean six sigma, however the one thing I have learned is that the buck is passed frequently, it is a common practice. The people are generally good, but getting things done in the interest of the client is the most important, even if that affects the employees. There isn't a lot of effort put into morale, and a lot of decisions are made by what the savings would be over the kind of productivity is lost. My biggest issue has always been rigidity to this method, and what they will do to save money and increase the bottom line.
