Pros
None that I could remember, as this was a horrible company to work for
Cons
They bought out the company I work for and treated us as if we fell into their laps over night and had no clue about what to do with us. The systems they were integrating took over two months longer to get then they were supposed to. The process for logging in and out of the systems would change on a weekly basis, leading to much confusion and people getting held accountable for not logging in and/or out correctly. They took away every benefit we had and thought they could lie to us about why some of the benefits, that we were told we were going to keep, were pulled from us. They told us we were not going to get pay increase because the rate of pay was very good for the area, which it's not unless you have no bills or responsibilities. It seems like they did no research on a competitive wage for the area because all of the other customer service jobs in my area offered starting wages $2-$3 more with better benefits and bonuses. We had to come up with a bonus structure for ourselves and get it approved by TP USA, which took a few attempts. The previous company was a decent place to work and had a relatively low turnover rate, for the customer service industry, but once TP USA took over, the turn over rate sky rocketed and they lost a ton of agents that were very good in their job and had been there for many years. The attendance policy was one that caused many issues as well when it was implemented. Overall, this is a company I will never work for again.
