Pros

The one Pro I will give is not to the Teleperformance Company but to all the employees who still give it their all every single day because they believe in helping the customers/members they help every single day because those customers/members sacrifice their lives for us. So to all the Employees who put up with so much to get to where you are at today, I thank you so much for caring for the customers/members and you are deserve so much better.

Cons

I have had always worked hard throughout my life and I brought 23 Years of Management, Recruiting, Training, and Customer Experience with me when I came to Teleperformance. I told them what my goals were and over the almost 10 years I have been with the Company I have worked hard for them and have been successful in my position. Today I realized No matter how hard you have worked for them, No matter how successful you continue to be, and No matter how long you have been in your position (8+years) when your position is no longer required due to Line of Business Changes by the contracted Company but there is someone that is less experienced then you and has not been in position as long (2 years) that they get to stay in the department because they just trained to take over a Line of Business they did keep but for me who has been in the department for 8 years gets told they are being moved to an Agent at the beginning of the New Year. This also happened to my Co-Worker that has worked in the department for 7 1/2 years. But of course when a position comes up we will be told so we can apply for it....Talk about Merry Christmas to Us. So, no matter the hard work you put in, are the really good work you do, or the many years you are in position (tenure), none of it counts here because you are just one moment from being Praised for being Amazing at your Job to being told you are going to be put back down to an Agent after 8+ years of working your way up, proving yourself, working extra hours away from your family, to get a huge slap in the face in the end as a Thank You for all you have done. I have never been so hurt by a Company nor a Manager that I Trusted. Please do not waste your time and energy like I have working for this Company, find a place where you are not just thrown away after giving them everything for so many years, find a Company that will Thank You and Show You their Thanks by Treasuring Your Talents and Continuing Your Growth and Development.

Calls are back to back and you have to meet all metrics.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
