Pros

You do mindless work that's honestly not hard but will turn you into a mindless slave cog making terrible money, with little to no overtime.

Cons

I worked a 93 hr 2 week stint and they somehow only gave me overtime for one 1 hr out of the 93. Get this, I was let go because I accidentally brought my phone into work and I had recieved a spam call and because of that call they fired me that day. Just stay away from this dumpsterfire of a company, you'll recieve terrible pay and because the job is so mindless, you may become tempted into staying for much longer than you ever anticipated. I highly suggest that if you are going to work there, make it quick and get out asap because almost any other job would be an improvement.

Calls are back to back and you have to meet all metrics.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
