Pros
Product makes a difference for customer and it works.
Cons
Managers hired from outside have no idea about Tableau culture. From Oracle, SAS, etc. Tableau says they value customers but when you give 110% to customers but fail to sell to quota -well - you know the rest. Smoke and mirrors and there is a lot of BS among managers. When reviewed - manager said and I quote - "I am going to give you a 3 for Tableau values - but I do not know what that even means!" Better options for seasoned account managers.
