The friendly culture is second to none at Tableau Software. Cooperation is highly encouraged. In addition, stocks are one of the most attractive compensation for prospective employees. Benefits are also top notch and indicate they clearly care about the health of their employees.
Cons
Depending on the department you work in, compensation can be dismally below market rate. It's definitely a trade-off.
