Attrition becoming a big problem Cash compensation (salary+bonus) is low Didn't replace comp lost when stock lost 2/3rd of value Lots of technical debt at the company There is speculation they are trying to reduce headcount to prepare for a sale. Otherwise, what explains why they don't try to keep good, experienced people who are leaving?
