      -Good entry point into Tech companies -Great product -Salesforce acquisition means great benefits like Wellness Reimbursement -Largely recruits smart, fun people

      Cons

      -Likely will be underpaid compared to Market if not in Direct Sales -Career progression is almost non existent -Salesforce acquisition means that day to day is bogged down with a lot of duplicated/onerous processes in order to complete work -High expectations with small teams mean that everyone is feeling overextended
