      Tableau is a great place to work - kind peers, great benefits, a strong culture of rewarding success and supporting through growth

      Cons

      As Tableau became a Salesforce company it transitioned from a scrappy startup culture to a massive tech company in HR leveling. Once it was easy to move to different teams and try new things- now it is "you are lucky to be in the position you have today- so what makes you qualified to move?"
