      Pros

      Great people, decent compensation (amazing compensation in stocks). Good work-life balance. Fremont is a great place to work

      Cons

      Not many cons. There's only one real product though so there's a bit less flexibility compared to some larger companies. Switching teams is easy as far as I know but you will still work on the same product.
