Pros
Culture, environment, people, and collaborative, it was a GREAT place to work. It provides free breakfast, lunch, and snacks, so you never go hungry. Training is amazing as they put a lot of effort into it, and even at times the CEO will do part of the training. Made me appreciate the product more, as I already used it going into the company. Tableau also encourages employees to attend the annual customer conference, which is also an amazing experience! So many pros, I can go on.
Cons
The only con I can think of is the open floor plan. While I like to collaborate, it was hard to focus on detailed work, or be on the phone without everyone looking or listening. I hear this is the modern thing companies are doing, so probably hard to stay away from. I left Tableau because of the commute. I bought a house and was commuting 4 hours a day.
