      good salary and benefit consider environment by providing free public transport nice and comfortable office

      Lack of leadership lack of transparency and communication changing decisions based on no apparent and tangible reasons missing basic and appropriate processes most employee are unclear of their roles and responsibilities which creates tension and issues within teams lack of trust unfriendly environment and culture lack of on boarding program and support to get new employee acquainted with the culture and company

      Great culture and opportunity to work alongside brilliant people. Work life balance is what you make it. Good opportunity to explore other areas and expand skills.

      Cons

      Things seem to get bottlenecked and there tends to be unclear expectations and lack of ability to use the skills you develop in new roles. Really hard to move up internally
