Pros
Takeda respects and takes care of its employees by offering flexibility, autonomy, and excellent pay and benefits. Upper management in the US organization seems to care about the future business in the US as well as its employees.
Cons
International leadership does not seem focused or concerned about the US business, and has a very questionable pipeline of future products for the US market.
