      Pros

      good salary and benefits. Group was good, until VP changed

      Cons

      Nepotism! Deerfieldation of Millennium has destroyed the culture. Moreover, paying 5 billion (!!!) for Ariad has wrecked havoc on company finances, so it seems every function will be outsourced

      Pros

      Great culture and opportunity to work alongside brilliant people. Work life balance is what you make it. Good opportunity to explore other areas and expand skills.

      Cons

      Things seem to get bottlenecked and there tends to be unclear expectations and lack of ability to use the skills you develop in new roles. Really hard to move up internally
