      Good salary and benefits, if you are in with a clique who will get you promoted.

      Cons

      Poor accountability, managers are kept on because of friends, rampant ignorance. Unfair and backstabbing mentality, very difficult to go to work. No work life balance, one is expected to pick up the tab for the people who do no work, surf the net, shop on Amazon and chat on WhatsApp all day when others are working.

      Great culture and opportunity to work alongside brilliant people. Work life balance is what you make it. Good opportunity to explore other areas and expand skills.

      Things seem to get bottlenecked and there tends to be unclear expectations and lack of ability to use the skills you develop in new roles. Really hard to move up internally
