Pros
Good training and development. In my experience I had great direct management. I loved working with one product in particular and it was an important new product that helped patients in a way they haven't had for a very long time.
Cons
The interdepartmental communication was poor, at best. This had an impact from a field perspective in sales operations, and anything administrative. The systems the company had in place were so poor that it impacted quality of life by increasing needless additional time spent working. The company expected more work for less pay and did not value, at all, an employees work-life balance.
