      -Good HR policies -Very competent senior management -A good and rigorous training process which grounds trainees in all aspects of the job that will be required of them

      Cons

      -Extremely hectic work schedules during project completion -Low salary packages -The training infrastrucutre in even key places like Bangalore is seriously lacking in hygenic food and surroundings.

      1. difficult to move between projects 2. not good salary/promotions are rare 3. too many processes and approvals for anything 4. dont expect any help with GC
