      Salary is not bad Medical Insurance Being part of a Big Brand Certification reinbursement 30 day Christhmas bonus Law Benefits Not much pressure Can work from home

      Cons

      There is no career path Middle management doesnt get involved with people Lack of training Performance review is a joke Big and very slow process . It is like an elephant trying to tie his shoes . Its just too fat full of useless steps.

      1. difficult to move between projects 2. not good salary/promotions are rare 3. too many processes and approvals for anything 4. dont expect any help with GC
