      can learn new technologies, can go for onsites if you have that destiny. Some projects are just for name sake, total rest, no work.

      Cons

      for promotions and good appraisal, PL, GL combing is necessary always gives impossible deadlines to clients salary wise no up to the mark

      Link and understanding between top and lower management/employees needs improvement. But otherwise it’s a great place to work

      1. difficult to move between projects 2. not good salary/promotions are rare 3. too many processes and approvals for anything 4. dont expect any help with GC
