Cons
Everything else, job satisfaction, management, job location, so much politics 1) So much politics, everything is for a show. Even though there is not much work sometimes, you have report your work on hourly basis. 2) They keep stitching you from project to project without any training without ant notice 3) No control of job location. You can be told to go to a total different location with 2 days of notice 4) I have heard stories of they making people cry, cause they harass so much. I have experienced this situation myself 5) You will be forced to work long hours and weekend support without any compensation. And blame you for being slow. 6) They treat their employees like slaves. So much of Indian mentality. It is not going to work with us Canadians.
