      work timings no need to go to office when u are in bench

      Cons

      rude management not a place for the ones who wants to learn something development projects are rare, only tech support and production support no value for talented people

      1. difficult to move between projects 2. not good salary/promotions are rare 3. too many processes and approvals for anything 4. dont expect any help with GC
