      Job security, Good Benefits, Experience working with Multiple Clients and various locations

      Cons

      Worst Salary Structure, Internal Politics, Middle level management behave like dictators, Few chances to grow. Only company in the world having official discriminatory hiring policies, they do not recruit their ex employees at all.

      1. difficult to move between projects 2. not good salary/promotions are rare 3. too many processes and approvals for anything 4. dont expect any help with GC
