      1. No learning. 2. Bad place for freshers to begin their career. 3. Higher management do insider trading.

      Cons

      1. Worst client culture. 2. TCS management are selfish and will just blame associates. 3. Older TCS managers have tendency to harass newcomers. 4. No learning. 5. Chances are there to get fired . Forget old days where u say its a govt company.
