      When you can leave at 5pm. When you get your paycheck on time.

      Cons

      Getting paid on time. Sexual Harassment by male supervisors. Women are treated like second class citizens. Not family oriented.

      1. Lot of learning resources 2. Teams are nice

      1. difficult to move between projects 2. not good salary/promotions are rare 3. too many processes and approvals for anything 4. dont expect any help with GC
