      You may get plenty of time to prepare for some competitive exam or for any other company

      Cons

      if u have bad luck, then the managers will ruin your life. they can call you anytime in the office.Even if you have reached home 12 am in the night(after office). RMG will force you to take the project which they choose. If you dont take it they will blackmail with false talks. They can give you any project irrespective of your interest,expertise.

      1. difficult to move between projects 2. not good salary/promotions are rare 3. too many processes and approvals for anything 4. dont expect any help with GC
