      The reputation and brand value of Tata No 1 IT service company in India Plenty of on-site opportunities

      Cons

      Salary is less when compared to similar Indian companies and Indian subsidiaries of MNCs Middle management is not at competitive enough. Senior management is not realizing the fact that employees with BTech or BE and without a management degree is not suitable for managing projects/people

      Will get opportunity to work on various type of projects.

      Cons

      Salary is comparably low. Project allocation main based on the availability. Sometime need to work on project which are not meant for you.
