      Brand value/name in India. Respected by the management. You can do lots of certifications and get the knowledge essential for client.

      Cons

      - too many restrictive rules(like compulsory certification etc) that impede the growth within the firm The developers are not given due respect by the top management. and are expected to put in 50 - 60 hours a week.

      Salary is comparably low. Project allocation main based on the availability. Sometime need to work on project which are not meant for you.
