      Just the brand name. You will get better deals in other companies when you are from TCS.

      Cons

      1) Bad work culture. 2) Crappy work. They take first class engineers and make them work like BPO executives. 3) No transparency from senior management. 4) Very low salary. 5) Bad-Quality work.

      Will get opportunity to work on various type of projects.

      Cons

      Salary is comparably low. Project allocation main based on the availability. Sometime need to work on project which are not meant for you.
