      stable job, onsite opportunity, learning and exposure, flexibility and everything regards to work environment. politics is everywhere in all companies.

      Cons

      no promotion policy. no compensation increment from last 3 years. senior's are favored against juniors and more likely to get management support

      1. Lot of learning resources 2. Teams are nice

      1. difficult to move between projects 2. not good salary/promotions are rare 3. too many processes and approvals for anything 4. dont expect any help with GC
