Pros
- Can get released from the current project if you don't like project / project lead - Flexible working hours and leaves
Cons
- Those who have spent more than 8-9 years in TCS dream that they are god and know everything (in fact nothing) - Internal politics and worst managers. Nil in technical but good at buttering their superiors - No respect to individuals even though they are more experienced. - Seniors would give suggestions during review(s) but never ever work in real life - Freshers and entry level <3 years employees are putting maximum efforts for project execution and all their credits are taken by PL's/PM's without any value addition (Except conducting meetings with client)
