      Good work, flexible timings , good opportunity to grow, onsite rate is good

      Cons

      technically storng people are at offshore......no body cares for them. If u r good in communication then u have lot;s on onsite openings

      1. Lot of learning resources 2. Teams are nice

      Cons

      1. difficult to move between projects 2. not good salary/promotions are rare 3. too many processes and approvals for anything 4. dont expect any help with GC
