Pros
The "real" consultancy in TCS is done by GCP which is a small but fast growing team with a lot of experienced hires. Top management are very approachable and get their hands dirty.
Cons
It is highly chaotic and the mix of cultures can cause a few issues. You are often dependent on the quality of work carried out by someone you will never meet.
