      Very low salary, and increasing by 1or 2% a year Management completely out of touch High turnover Very hard to move to a new role/team, once your allocated to a client your basically stuck there

      Link and understanding between top and lower management/employees needs improvement. But otherwise it’s a great place to work

      1. Lot of learning resources 2. Teams are nice

      Cons

      1. difficult to move between projects 2. not good salary/promotions are rare 3. too many processes and approvals for anything 4. dont expect any help with GC
