You get an experience of different sectors and functions, people who know what TAS Is do respect you, a very strong TAS Alumni network. Pay is good
Cons
In the first year, no one treats you seriously. After a year, if you want to shift, you have nothing to show. That you really get a role of your choice is a myth and depends purely on luck. HR involved for managing the program is really lousy.
