- Insecure job since company struggls for everything - No coordination in top, middle management - Some of the part of management team are working with company since early days but they can't justify their role at all, specialy Sales and HR department. - Inadequate to take correct decisions - Limited scope for exposure - People come and go, company also not capable in retaining the good employees as an asset - Company history and record shows its downfall each year - Not able to focus in its line of business and keeps on changing it frequently - Lack of experience - Inadequate knowledge
