Pros
Decent starting package for freshers Friendly employees and good management only in those sectors (business areas) which are directly under Tata Autocomp (TACO)
Cons
Many business areas are 50-50 JV with other companies and hence the HR rules are not strictly implemented or specified. Many of the times its the other companies rules that apply and TACO has no say in it. The Job Descriptions are not clearly specified in any department. As a result of this there is a lot of chaos and no employee takes proper responsibility of the work in case of an emergency.
