      1) Opportunities - Even an associate gets good exposure in projects. 2) Team- All the teams I have worked in were very experienced and most importantly good human beings. 3) Work Culture- Mistakes are forgiven, Upskilling Opportunities, Free global Certifications. 4) Flexible Timings- Login and Logout whenever you until the work is done on time.

      Low Salary Hike. Goal setting and appraisal are a scam, they don't reflect in your payslip

      Pros

      Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

      Cons

      1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
