Pros
1- Employee friendly policies 2- Work life balance depending on the project 3-Scope for new technology learning exposure 4- Big campus with multiple facilities 5- Good for freshers for initial phase of career
Cons
1- Due to Lack of project you may need to work on client location 2- Very very less hike as compare to other IT industry 3- No transparency,Pretty much internal politics, starve for onsite opportunity 4-Transport facility not up to mark 5- Not recommended for experienced for long run stay. 6- If you luckily get the promotion there is no hike for the same year
